1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. The item should also be returned with its original packaging where reasonably possible.
You will need to provide your order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.
Items returned to us without first requesting a return and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.
2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
This statutory right is separate from our 30-day return policy. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region of residence.

- The item you would like to return
- The reason for the return
- Clear photos or details if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or not as expected
After we receive your return request, we will review the return reason and provide further instructions.
If your return request is accepted, we will confirm the correct return address and explain the next steps.
The return address may be different from our business address, fulfillment location, or original shipping location. Returns sent to an incorrect address without prior confirmation may not be accepted or may cause delays in processing.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, incomplete, or not as described, Greentainer will cover the return shipping costs where a return is required, or provide another appropriate solution.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. Greentainer is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

For our customers' convenience, approved returns may be sent to our local return warehouses. Please contact us to confirm which return address applies to your order.

Please contact us before sending your return. We need to confirm your return request, review the return reason, provide the correct return address, and provide any required return reference or instructions.
Returns sent without approval, without a return reference, or to an incorrect address may not be accepted or may cause delays in processing.
6. Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If the item is defective, damaged, missing, incorrect, incomplete, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review the case.
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or other support according to this policy and applicable law.
In these cases, Greentainer will cover the return shipping costs where a return is required.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item or valid proof that the item has been sent back, where applicable.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
8. Original Shipping Fees
If you cancel your order under your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost you paid, where required by applicable law.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express shipping, only the standard delivery cost may be refunded where required by applicable law. Any extra cost for express shipping may not be refundable.
For voluntary 30-day change-of-mind returns outside the statutory cancellation period, original shipping fees may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
9. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used for food consumption, such as used bento boxes, used bowls, used cups, or used food storage containers, cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons unless they are defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or not as described.
We also cannot accept returns for:
- Items that are damaged due to misuse;
- Items that are used, washed, marked, contaminated, or not in a resalable condition;
- Custom or personalized products;
- Items returned without proof of purchase;
- Items sent back without prior return approval;
- Items sent to an incorrect return address without confirmation from us.
This does not affect your statutory rights for defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, incomplete, or non-compliant goods.
10. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges for all items.
If you would like a different product, size, or color, please contact us first. Depending on availability, we may offer a replacement, refund, or ask you to place a new order.
