When do you dispatch orders?
Orders before 9am AEST (Mon–Fri, not public holidays) are dispatched same day. Orders after 9am dispatched next business day. Exceptions (e.g., pre-orders) will be highlighted on the product page.

All orders must be signed for unless you provide authority to leave your parcel in the Cart instructions. With authority to leave, you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property.
