1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day after the order is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that order processing time is separate from delivery transit time.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to supported European destinations, including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, and other available destinations shown at checkout.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination country and the products in your order.

If your shipping address is not available at checkout, this means we currently do not support shipping to that destination.

3. Fulfillment Location

Orders are fulfilled through our European fulfillment partner. Most European orders are shipped from our EU warehouse or fulfillment network.

Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Other supported European destinations:

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after dispatch

United Kingdom:
Shipping Cost: €3
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–6 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping

Selected European destinations:
Shipping Cost: €5
Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after dispatch, where available

Express shipping is a paid shipping service. Free shipping only applies to eligible standard shipping orders and does not apply to express shipping unless clearly stated at checkout.

5. Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available for eligible orders over €40.

The free shipping threshold applies to the order value after discounts and before shipping fees, taxes, duties, or other additional charges where applicable.

The final shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout before payment.

6. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier performance, public holidays, weather conditions, local delivery issues or other circumstances outside our control.

While we aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day, Greentainer cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once a package has been handed over to the carrier.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

8. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

Greentainer is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

9. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, it may be returned to our warehouse or fulfillment partner.

In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a suitable solution. Additional shipping fees may apply if re-delivery is required.

10. Returns Process

When contacting us about a return, please include:
- Your order number
- The item you would like to return
- The reason for the return
- Clear photos or details if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or not as expected

After we receive your return request, we will review the return reason and provide further instructions.

If your return request is accepted, we will confirm the correct return address and explain the next steps.

The return address will be confirmed after your return request is approved. Returns sent to an incorrect address without prior confirmation may not be accepted or may cause delays in processing.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

11. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

12. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped within the European Union, applicable VAT is included where required.

For the United Kingdom or other destinations outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
